Four new flats could be added to the roof of an existing block in Radlett.
A planning application received by Hertsmere Borough Council this week outlines proposals to build four three-bedroom ‘duplex penthouses’ on the roof of the existing High Firs flats in Gills Hill.
Work to extend the stairs and lifts of the existing building are included in the plans, along with providing ten new underground car parking spaces to serve the new apartments.
Additional works to the existing building will include new glazed entrance canopies and an atrium.
