A new seven-bedroom house could replace outbuildings if a planning application is accepted.
Plans have been submitted for a two-storey extension of a detached house in Loom Lane, Radlett, along with the demolition of a number of outbuildings.
The application also proposes the construction of a seven-bedroom house next to the existing property, which will feature basement and loft rooms.
Developers Fusion Residential had the plans validated on Friday, and have submitted a number of detailed drawings of the development.
A total of six parking spaces will be provided for both homes.
