Rail travellers have been asked to buy tickets from machines or staff while a station's ticket office is closed this week.

The work is part of refurbishment carried out by First Capital Connect, which includes accessible counters for people in wheelchairs and those with hearing impairments.

Tickets will still be available from ticket machines, and members of staff will be on hand with portable ticket machines during busy periods.

The work is expected to be completed on August 3.
