Work on a new railway station bridge has been delayed.
The works at Elstree and Borehamwood station, which are being carried out by Network Rail, are now expected to be completed by the end of July.
The discovery of buried cables underneath platform one delayed initial works, as cables needed to be disconnected and diverted around the footprint of the new bridge.
Cameras and monitors on the platforms also needed to be repositioned in order to maintain visibility.
The new bridge will allow less mobile passengers, including people in wheelchairs, access to all platforms via the newly installed lifts.
