Another housing development has been proposed to replace office buildings in Studio Way.
Developer Woolf Bond Planning has submitted a planning application to Hertsmere Borough Council for the demolition of Avenir House and the construction of 39 residential apartment units.
The development will also include vehicular access, parking for 42 cars and 44 bicycles, open space and landscaping.
