A care home held a summer garden party to raise money for services for the disabled.
The BUPA-run Hill House care home, in Elstree, invited the public to join its residents in the garden for an afternoon of entertainment and fundraising.
The home provided stalls, a tombola and a raffle, along with entertainment from band Brushed Silk.
Along with friends and families of residents, Mayor of Hertsmere Carey Keates and his Mayoress also attended the afternoon.
All money raised from the event is to be donated to the Barbara Bus service, which runs from Stanmore and provides transport to those unabled to get about on their own.
