Spencer Franks was voted for the award after having lost 3st 2.5lbs with Radlett Slimming World
A Borehamwood man has been nominated by Radlett Slimming World as one of its Men of the Year for 2014.
Spencer Franks attends the Radlett group, run by Rosalind Bluestone, every Thursday.
He was voted for the award by fellow slimmers after having lost 3st 2.5lbs since he joined.
He said: “I think it's absolutely fantastic - it’s a healthy filling way to eat and live for all the family.
“I have lost more than my little girl weighs and I am feeling truly wonderful.”
Dave Read, 32, of Watford has also been nominated for the award after losing 3st 4.5lbs.
