Conservative councillor Sandra Parnell has retained her seat in Borehamwood Hillside ward.

Cllr Parnell polled 1,060 votes, with Labour's Anthony Scott-Norman receiving 767 and UKIP candidate David John Appleby not far behind on 604..

Turnout for the ward was 33 per cent.
