No arrests have been made as police continue to investigate a vicious assault outside a busy Borehamwood supermarket.

Police were called to Tesco in Shenley Road, last Monday evening following reports that a 27-year-old man had been attacked outside the store.

The assault was carried out by two men known to the victim and police believe it to have been a targeted attack.

Suspects have been identified by police as their investigations continue, but arrests are yet to be made.
