This year’s World of Difference Awards recognised the achievements of 100 ‘difference makers’ from more than 30 countries who have made a difference to women’s economic development..

The winners were chosen for their contributions to women’s advancement in both society and business.

Ishreen, who founded Elstree-based company Bizas Coaching & Consulting Ltd in 2003, said: "I am delighted to have won this award because it recognises how I have helped women and girls - from those working in micro businesses in the UK to board directors around the world - to improve their effectiveness with people, productivity and profitability.

"The discussions at this year’s Forum were tremendously thought-provoking and gave me plenty of creative ideas for my business and philanthropic efforts."
