The Voice contestant Sophie Mae entertained older people with a sing-song in Barnet.
Sunrise Senior Living of Elstree welcomed Sophie Mae, who was part of international pop star, Will.i.am’s team on the BBC television show.
Residents swayed and sang along as she performed classics including Moon River.
Regina Heneghan, general manager at Sunrise of Elstree, said:“We were delighted to host Sophie Mae – she was a wonderful guest. The residents loved her performance and we were all cheering her on during the show on Saturday.
“She was lovely and very chatty with residents and staff. We all agreed that she was even better live than on TV.
“We host lots of musical events here at Sunrise of Elstree and it was a real treat to be joined by someone so talented.”
Sophie Mae was knocked out of The Voice last weekend.
