Employees at a firm based in Borehamwood jumped into action at the start of a week of fundraising events to raise money for Sport Relief.

About 20 members of staff from Partnerships in Care, based in Maxwell Road, completed a boot camp, which involved a sponsored work-out for 45 minutes, led by Malcolm Coakley.

The company will continue to raise money for the charity until Friday, when several people will cycle from its Borehamwood head office to Kneesworth House Hospital in Royston.
