Radlett residents who want to find out more about development in the area can attend a drop-in session.

People will be able to speak directly to planning officers at the Radlett Centre, in Aldenham Avenue on Thursday, March 20, between 4pm and 8pm.

The drop-in session forms part of a six-week consultation period, which will end on April 14.

In Radlett, the former fire station has been allocated for housing - but in recent years many have backed a campaign to save it.

Cllr Harvey Cohen, portfolio holder for planning and localism, said: “These are critical plans on which we want people to give us their views as they will have an impact on people and the communities they live in.”

Letters have also been sent to residents who will be directly affected by certain significant proposals.

To submit your views, e-mail local.plan@hertsmere.gov.uk or send a letter to the civic offices in Elstree Way, Borehamwood.
