A museum is asking the public to share family stories to bring the Great War to life for visitors.
A centuary after the outbreak of the First World War, Elstree and Borehamwood Musuem, based at 96 Shenley Road, is planning an exhibition commemorating its impact on the town.
The museum is appealing for townspeople to share their family stories of the war and loan it objects and photographs to be put on display for six months.
