Members of the public will be able to raise matters of concern with their local police and councillors next week.
People living in the Kenilworth and Hillside wards of Borehamwood can attend a joint police and council neighbourhood surgery at the Three Ways Community Centre in Arundel Drive on Monday.
PCSO Marie Harvey will be joined by Kenilworth and Hillside Councillors, vice-chairman of Hertsmere Borough Watch Richard Jarvis and a housing officer from Affinity Sutton.
Mr Jarvis will be selling security items, including alarms, letter-box visors, prikka strips (to deter people from climbing over fences) and safe cans.
PCSO Harvey said: βItβs an opportunity to meet your local officers, find out about crime prevention and community safety projects and discuss any issues with the police, council or housing officers.β
The surgery begins at 7.30pm.
