A woman pleaded guilty to theft after stealing more than £7,300 from the Royal British Legion.
Gillian Fowler, 71, of Tallis Way, Borehamwood, stole £7,380 from the Royal British Legion in Shenley Road between October 2012 and September 2013, while she was acting as treasurer for the organisation.
She appeared at St Albans Crown Court yesterday for sentencing, which has been adjourned until March 6.
