Radlett hotel seeks permission to expand
A hotel is seeking permission to double the number of guests it can accommodate.
The Red Lion Hotel in Watling Street in Radlett has submitteda planning application to Hertsmere Borough Council for a two and three-storey extension that will create 13 new bedrooms.
The 13-bedroom hotel is also seeking permission to build a single storey extension at the rear to provide a new entrance lobby.
It wants to create a new staircase above the flat roof at the rear, change the exterior and landscape the grounds.
