A major road will be closed for five nights from tomorrow as contractors work to improve drainage.
Barnet Lane in Elstree between Edgwarebury Lane and Deacons Hill Road junctions will be shut to all but emergency vehicles between 8pm and 5am.
Ringway, on behalf of Hertfordshire County Council, will be cleaning and surveying existing drains and carrying out repairs.
