A non-contact boxing club that helps children control their aggression in a safe environment is beginning a new year.
Box Cleva will start back at the Hertswood Leisure Centre in Potters Lane in Borehamwood on Tuesday.
Chairman Bob Williams, who works at Borehamwood Fire Station, reminded parents to expect their children to sleep well that night as "we’ll have them working extremely hard".
He added: "This initiative is about dedication, determination, education and motivation all mixed in with lots of perspiration."
The session, which begins at 5pm, costs £3.
