Firefighters are giving a strong message that arson is a crime after they were called to what they believed to be a deliberate fire.
Borehamwood Fire was called to a fire in an industrial bin outside Dollond & Aitchison in Shenley Road at 9.49pm yesterday.
The blaze was quickly brought under control and firefighters believe the bin was deliberately set alight.
