Cardif Pinnacle to sell Pinnacle Place in Elstree Way in Borehamwood
A Borehamwood business has said it will ensure its plan to consolidate its operations in one building will have "mininmal impact" on members of the public.
Insurance company Cardif Pinnacle, which currently has two offices in Borehamwood, has decided to sell Pinnacle Place in Elstree Way.
The business will transfer all its staff and operations to its second site at Pinnacle House in Barnet Way.
The move is expected to be completed by the end of November.
Cardif Pinnacle has said it would do its best to ensure the move was carried out in a way that has “minimal impact” on local residents.
A spokesman said: “We anticipate that the reduction in travel between the two buildings will help ease traffic on the local roads.
“Our priority is to ensure that any impact to our neighbours is kept to a minimum and we are currently investigating a number of possible solutions to assist with parking in the vicinity.”
The company said it would be selling it as a vacant premises and could not confirm what it would be used for.
