Hertfordshire County Councillors help fund Signpost in Borehamwood
A counselling service will be able to help more young people thanks to donations from two councillors.
Hertfordshire county councillors Alan Plancey and Leon Reefe have given £500 and £250 respectively from their locality budgets to Signpost.
The money will help the organisation provide 400 free, confidential and accessible counselling services a year to 30 troubled 11 to 25 year-olds in Borehamwood.
Both councillors said: "Youth counselling in Borehamwood is an important service and this contribution will help Signpost secure their room rental for another year."
