A new Debenhams store could replace Wickes at Borehamwood Shopping Park if planning permission is agreed next week.
An application has been submitted to Hertsmere Borough Council to strip out the existing Wickes unit and open a Debenhams store.
The plans also include four dedicated car parking spaces for Debenhams’ customers at the front of the retail car park, as well as 15 additional car parking spaces within the service yard area.
The plans will be put before the council’s planning committee on Thursday, June 20.
