Elderly people and their relatives can attend free talks giving advice on the care sector today.
Sunrise Senior Living of Elstree in Edgwarebury Lane will welcome Andrew Dixson-Smith of Care Fees Investment Ltd and Malcolm Muir of Penman Sedgwick Solicitors who will lead the discussion from 3-5pm.
Andrew Dixson-Smith will talk about planning for care fees, providing insight into an alternative way to fund care and the options available.
Then Malcolm Muir will discuss the importance of the Power of Attorney and putting a plan in place.
Malcolm is a member of the Solicitors for the Elderly - an independent, national organisation of solicitors, barristers, and legal executives who provide specialist legal advice for older and vulnerable people, their families and carers.
