First Capital Connect services almost back to normal after Radlett power cable snapped

The snapped power cable The snapped power cable

Train services are starting to return to normal after a power cable at Radlett station snapped earlier this week.

Commuters were faced with three continuous days of rush-hour madness as two out of four lines on the Luton to St Pancras line were open for electric trains.

There are no plans to block the line to carry out further works tonight, but First Capital Connect is warning people there will be a backlog of delays and alternations to services throughout the evening.
