Children at Shenley Primary School trying to break the record
Children tried to break a world record using sign language and their singing voices this week.
More than 300 pupils from Shenley Primary School, in London Road, Radlett, joined other schools around the country in the ‘Sign 2 Sing’ Guinness World Record attempt on Wednesday.
Hundreds of schools across England sang and signed at the same time at exactly 2.45pm, to try to raise awareness about deafness.
They are hoping to be among the largest group of people to sign a song while communicating the lyrics through sign language at the same time.
