Children's fun day at The Venue, Borehamwood

Children are invited to a free open day at a leisure centre tomorrow.
The Venue, in Elstree Way, Borehamwood, is holding activity sessions to mark the opening of a new play area.
Children will have the chance to take part in cake decorating classes at 10am, and a children’s entertainer will be on site from 11.30am to 12.30pm.
The new play area has been controversial, however, as it replaced a spa used by many disabled people as their ‘only form of therapy’.
