Man fined for shoplifting in McColls, Borehamwood

A shoplifter who was identified after CCTV footage was released online has been fined.
The man admitted stealing £20 worth of food and alcohol from the Martin McColl in Hartforde Road on December 29.
He was handed an £80 fixed penalty notice after another man phoned the Safer Neighbourhood Team because he recognised him from CCTV footage.
