Broken down First Capital Connect train at Blackfriars causes traffic delays

A broken down train is causing delays for commuters travelling to stations from Blackfriars this morning.

The First Capital Connect train broke down at the London station just under an hour ago, causing delays to trains towards Radlett, Borehamwood, Mill Hill and Hendon.

Passengers are being advised to expect delays.

One faulty train first thing this morning and most trains this evening are still cancelled or late. What a useless railway.

sounds like the transport in most places that have privatised, where nobody takes any responsibility, it will be anybody but the train operators - now living overseas here in melbourne its the heat that stops them - but hey aren't we in a hot country here
