A man has been arrested after two men were killed in a collision on the M1 in the early hours of this morning.

The 25-year-old from East London was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.

Ambulance crews were called to the crash involving two black BMWs, between the Watford and Edgware junctions at 2.45am.

It would appear the occupants of the BMWs were of Asian appearance, known to each other and probably racing each other. It is even rumoured that the survivors got into a fight with each other before the emergency services arrived. Not much left of either car.
