Olympic Hero to switch on Christmas lights today
Olympic gold medallist Anthony Joshua will be switching on the Christmas lights in Radlett today.
The super heavyweight boxer will be bringing a bit of festive cheer to the ceremony in Aldenham Avenue from 12pm.
Hundreds of people from all across Hertsmere are expected to attend the event, organised by Aldenham Parish Council.
Marking the start of the festive season, the event will feature craft and food stalls, a funfair and the staple of any good Christmas celebration - mulled wine and mince pies.
Father Christmas will also be on hand to find out what presents the little ones are after this year, before jetting back to the North Pole on his sleigh.
The event will run from noon to 5pm.
