Campaigners will be discussing the “dangers” of Stirling Corner at the next transport meeting.

Hundreds of people have backed a campaign, spearheaded by GLA member Andrew Dismore, to install round the clock traffic signals at the roundabout.

Cyclists, drivers and people who cross the roundabout on foot will be invited to voice their reasons for and against the extra security measures at the forum.

Other topics on the agenda also include speeding at Well End and new bus timetables.

Anyone is welcome to attend the meeting, which will be chaired by Councillor Clive Butchins, on Thursday, November 1 at Hertsmere Civic Offices, Elstree Way, at 7pm.
