Borehamwood Times:

Organiser of the show, Emma Owen, Director of Oakleigh Fairs says: “We are delighted to be returning once again to the East of England Festival of Food at Knebworth this year – it is such a fantastic setting – with visitor numbers of around 7,500 it is arguably one of the largest Food Festivals in the region.

“From the 30 or so shows we run over the year, one thing that has become increasingly apparent is that people are fascinated by food; so many of us are concerned about food miles and traceability these days and more and more of us are turning to ‘real food’. “We hope this event is a showcase for anything foodie and is your chance to meet-the-maker.

“And with both Ondine and Sophie on hand throughout the weekend offering demos and tips from the top, this show really can't be missed - whether you are already a seasoned cook - or just want to learn more, as well as enjoying browsing and sampling from our numerous exhibitors.

“You can also explore our farm animal display and understand just how field to fork really works'’
