Runners have raised nearly £2,000 for charity after a challenging 11km run.
Mikun Oluwaleimu, from Borehamwood, took part in the race alongside close friends, to raise money for the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
Mr Oluwaleimu and his pals were faced with a daunting prospect after they woke to a blanket of snow on the day of their run, December 10.
"We were faced with a challenge we never saw coming, being that overnight the streets had been completely covered. But we were determined that the event still went ahead," the Meek Fitness founder said.
The 11km run began in Borehamwood, finishing in Hendon.
"Despite the snow we still managed to complete the full course of the run and over-exceed our target raising £1814,.50 that will go towards helping MS society."
MS affects more than 100,000 in the UK. It is a neurological condition with many symptoms that include fatigue, vision problems or difficulties with walking.
