British Legion members are calling for people to pay their respects to fallen servicemen and women at this year’s Remembrance Parade.
The parade will be held on Sunday, forming in Clarendon Road at 10.15am and marching down Shenley Road, accompanied by the Band of the Air Cadets.
The parade will march to the Borehamwood war memorial where a short service of remembrance will be conducted by the Reverend Richard Leslie, with Rabbi Chain Kanterovitz in attendance.
A two-minute silence will be observed at 11am to honour the fallen, followed by the wreath laying.
The parade will then march up Shenley Road to All Saints Church, where a service will be held by Rev Leslie with the Venerable Trevor Jones, Archdeacon of St. Albans, attending.
